Quick peek also in file dialogs and with more files compatible

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I really like the quick peek feature that the powertoys supply. It would be great:

1. If it also works within a file dialog window
2. Compatibility can also be added for other files. Like for example the possibility to preview a document from libreoffice

Scenario when this would be used?

1. When attaching a file to a e-mail you get a 'file dialog'. In that scenario 'quick peek' doesnt work
2. When the file type is not generic, it cannot be previewed. maybe add the possible for developers to do that. for example make it possible for libreoffice documents
