[PT Run] Add custom folders #7188

📝 Add custom folders where PT Run should look for files to execute

What is the expected behavior of the proposed feature? What is the scenario this would be used?

In the settings page, allow some folders, and maybe file masks, to be added, and those folders should be added to PT Run search indexes. Very similar to what Launchy does.

You can do this by editing windows' indexing options within settings app.

Right now, you do what @HTCFreek recommended.

I think the larger item here is tracked for https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/5117 to make it easier to track everything
