Yes; this fork split off from upstream range-v3 in late July of 2015, at the commit ericniebler/range-v3@6eb5c831ffe12cd5cb96390dbe917ca1b248772d to be precise. There are some recent features missing, and some old bugs outstanding that have been fixed upstream. This library will evolve by gradually downstreaming all range-v3 changes from the intervening months.

Any updates on plans to get newer stuff ported? I was hoping to try out your span stuff but sadly there seems to be no way to do that in MSVC. (Ha, I looked at your commit dates. Maybe I should give you more than 24 days :)
