[ WPF Gallery ] Add Unit Tests #631

Description

As of now, we don't have any kind of tests for WPF Gallery, which results in missing some basic scenarios over time. WinUI 3 Gallery consists of tests testing the basic scenarios for the application. Add similar tests for WPF Gallery as well.
