How do I write about 'Flex Consumption' in pricingTier? #183

https://github.com/microsoft/azure-gradle-plugins/wiki/Configuration In this link, the pricing tier has a topic related to Consumption, but it doesn't explain how to write it. How do I write flex tier with the example?

@dydtjr1128 Thanks for your report and sorry for the late response. You may set pricing tier to Flex Consumption to use flex consumption service plan. We have also updated the wiki page, thanks again for your report and help.
