Recommend adding a directory create step #26

On this page: https://github.com/microsoft/bobsql/tree/master/demos/sqlserver2022/IQP For restoring the sample databases, recommend a step to create a c:\sql_sample_databases step to save time for the student. You do have in there to alter paths as necessary, but it's quicker if they just create the dir.
