'throw' is partially covered in async method. #83

The line 'throw' is only partially covered. The closing bracket after it is not covered. I believe this is a bug, how can I cover the throw statement more?

Hi @Pentadome, This issue has been resolved. You may find it in the latest release in dotnet-coverage. This will also be available in the next Visual Studio release (17.10).
