Environment Request - check easily which environment has the requested connectors

Describe the solution you'd like

Environment Request - check easily which environment has the requested connectors. If a new environment is requested, show the admin other environments that meet the connector requirements that they could grant access to the maker instead of creating a new environment.

@manuelap-msft do you have more details on where this check was needed? Is this in the admin or maker view for example, and is the scenario checking whether an existing environment would be an alternative to creating a new one or something along those lines?

This was for the maker view to check if there's an existing shared environment available that would meet the needs of development already.
