[CoE Starter Kit - Feature]: Manager Warning / Prepare to transfer object and its dependencies #4596

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

An Idea for consideration.

Had a use contact me as there was a flow that was shared with them and they need for their teams operation. The author left, and shared the flow. What they also did was reference an Office script in their Onedrive. Now they gone, the OD is disabled the flow is failing the new owner doesnt have a copy, they didnt back it up or document, so hopefully they can get access via security teams etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

It might be good to have the abilty to email managers of people , groups of people, and summarise the flows those people have by name for each manager. Then email them to say these lackys use these flows some of which use onedrive (or other personal storage) if they leave the flow will stop working. Also note if they shared the flow. If the connections are personal connections.

Perhaps specifically watch for OfficeScript, but I have a feeling that would be dependant on capturing actions.

The email format could suggest ideas about using shared accounts in the connections, using sharepoint not onedrive etc

Describe alternatives you've considered

doing it myself :-)

because it could be a personal company thing, Im going to do this myself, but wondered if you thought the idea is common enough to warrant inclusion.

Additional context?

No response

I havent heard this before but I like it. Perhaps instead of a constant communication it could be a "prepare transfer" type thing. Where you could take a flows/apps/solutions of a person (or one at a time?), and find the requirements for migrating to another user.

Its a good idea. Will put on the backlog to discuss internally.

I was thinking about what you said and yes a constant notify would not be good, so I was thinking, that its likely in an organisation, you might know in advance of the deletion of the accounts, that these users are going to be killed off,

So from receipt of a list of users, checks for this type of problem or similar problems, to then mail the managers.

Wondering if other organisations work liek this and might have a list of outgoing and this would be justified.
