Can you please share a screenshot showing the capacity alert you recieved and the the app where you are hoping to see it displayed?
It would be great to add a "block" like data policy, maybe under data policy add this
I don' t think the alert is important for this case
oh I see. Yes that is the product ux not an app owned by the kit. So this would be an ask for the product team. I believe they do have plans for making capacity an out of the box feature.
What do you mean by "it 's not an app owned by the kit" The screenshot corresponds to the COE Admin Envirionnment request
Oh apologies I thought that was from the PP Admin site. We've done too good a job mimicing :) I'll hide my previous to avoid confustion.
So in the context of environment request, how might envt capacity be important? Are you saying they would request a specific capcity?
yes you did a very good job.
To answer your question
We wish to maintain control over storage costs and as you know, the storage allocated on the tenant is shared across all environments. To keep a certain level of control, we want to allocate 2 GB of storage for files and 1 GB for the database to all the lab environments we receive in the application. We are aware that this is an alert threshold, but at least it allows us to be alerted. Currently, we are forced to go into the power platform admin view application and set this alert threshold for each environment. It would be so much simpler to define it at the time of the environment’s creation
Gotcha. Makes sense thanks for clarifying. Will put to the feature owner for consideration.

Describe the solution you'd like
Hi, today I was notified of a capacity alert and was wondering how great it would be to specify the approved capacity in this app. Currently, I need to open the environment in the PPF Admin view and configure the approved capacity
I think it would be a great value to add it.
