[Bug]: Clicking into Monaco Editor sometimes sets the cursor at the beginning of the document #145

What happened?

When editing in another location, say the Form, in an integrated experience and then clicking into the Monaco Editor, this results in the position being updated to the beginning of the document.

What package(s) are causing the problem?

@microsoft/fast-tooling

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
