MapControl: Cannot move MapIcon / "draggable marker" missing

Describe the bug

It is a common feature for map controls to provide draggable markers:

• https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/android-sdk/marker#marker_drag_events
• https://developer.apple.com/documentation/mapkit/mkannotationview/1452401-draggable

The WinUI MapControl does not have such a feature

Steps to reproduce the bug

Nothing to reproduce, as the API is just completely missing...

Expected behavior

I can create a draggable maker / MapIcon
