The application currently depends on a Sparkgeo fork of pygeofilter. At present there is a manual step in requirements_dev.txt to include this dependency.
Sparkgeo contributed changes to pygeofilter which have now been accepted and incorporated into version 0.0.2 of the PyPI package: https://pypi.org/project/pygeofilter/.
Configure this package release as a dependency and remove the manual step.
