Sreange bug idk how it happened #406

I was playing on the Omniarchive SMP, when suddenly my game crashed. Here is the full error log.

All I did was press Left Control and T while holding down the Left Mouse Button. I was playing on 1.19.2 modded with vivecraft, Iris and some other fabric mods.
