Describe the bug Offline build: Unable to move the scrollbar of the block in the tutorial "Pizza Party"

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Download app from: https://makecode.com/api/release/arcade/v1.12.35/win64
  2. Multiplayer Tutorials------>Pizza Party------>Blocks Start Tutorial
  3. Go to step 2 and expand the content of "What is an array?"
  4. Move the scrollbar of the block "flip characters get value at 0 horizontally"

Actual behavior Unable to move the scrollbar of the block in the tutorial "Pizza Party" 2

Expect behavior User can move the scrollbar of the block in the tutorial "Pizza Party" 1

Additional context 1.OS: Windows11 2.arcade version: 1.12.35 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 8.5.48

Only repro on offline app. Browser doesn't repro.

All Multiplayer Tutorials have this issue.

Hi @abchatra , Could you please share me the latest offline app link version 2.0.4 to verify this bug? I verified it on the current offline app version 1.12.41 and it still reproduces. Screen Recording: Image
