Describe the bug [Mac Safari]: "Add comment" box not fit with border

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta

  1. Open or create any project
  2. Add comment in workplace and observe the border fit of comment box

Actual behavior Comment box doesn't fit with border of box

Expect behavior Comment box should fit with border of box

I verified this bug in the latest version: 7.0.34 and it has been fixed.
