Microsoft Azure Service Fabric Runtime - 8.2.1486 - VCR 11.0? #1352

When will the .exe be updated using a more recent version of Visual C++ Redistributable Package? Currently it is using 11.0 which has a EOL of Jan 2023.

Looks like the most recent version of Service Fabric 9.0, also is referencing the older version of VCR.
