[Feature Request] C# - Add Whisper Sample #2026

Scenario

As a user, I want to be able to process the audio stream in meetings via OpenAI Whisper TTS.

Solution

Add a sample that demonstrates how to work with audio streams in Meetings, preferably using Whisper.
