Make acrylic style work for “Settings” too #17861

Description of the new feature/enhancement

The Mica style works on the whole window, so the “Settings” are prettier, but the Acrylic style doesn't look like that. image image

Thanks for filing! If this ever worked, we might've broken it when we added unfocused acrylic support.
