The child node doesn't auto display under the App Services node after installing the related extension #601

OS: Win10 Build Version: 20230301.2 Regression: Previous release (0.5.6)

Repro Steps:

  1. Expand the App Services node -> Expand a web app -> Click " Install extension to enable..." -> Click "Install".
  2. Check whether the child node auto displays under the App Services node.

Expect: The child node auto displays under the App Services node.

Actual: The child node doesn't auto display under the App Services node.
