There is no response after executing "Azure: Select Subscriptions..." #630

Environment: VSCode.dev Build Version: v0.6.3-alpha.0 (Preview) Regression: Not a regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Sign Out -> F1 -> Click "Azure: Select Subscriptions...".
  2. Check whether pop up a notification.

Expect: Pop up a notification, as below. image

Actual: There is no response after executing "Azure: Select Subscriptions...".
