The icons of the extensions in the subscription don't display #657

Environment: Windows Build Version: v0.7.0 Regression: Previous release(0.6.2)

Repro Steps:

  1. Install Azure Resources extension.
  2. Navigate to AZURE view.
  3. Expand one subscription.
  4. Check the AZURE view.

Expect: The icons of the extensions in the subscription display well. image

Actual: The icons of the extensions in the subscription don't display. image
