Install IoT Workbench failed if Arduino IDE already installed #463

Customer got installation failed if already installed Arduino IDE, have to delete all existing packages/solutions in Arduino folder to be able to install IoT DevKit library in Arduino.

Actions:

  1. Investigation and confirm this issue
  2. Update the instructions
