Unable to commit #468

Unable to commit to GitHub

After I finished working on editing files in vs code and trying to commit & push, the following popup was shown image

I tried to restart the code to fix it, but the result was falling. Then I tried to install the release version of the extension (I was using Preview), but it still resulted in that same popup.
