Extension `vscode-sublime-keybindings` should have nothing to do with Workspace Trust #148

It sounds totally orthogonal to me to download an extension that alters my keybindings user-wide, and whether the open project-in-question is trusted or not.

There should be no interaction between those two pieces - if I want my editor to "look-alike" something else, that does not interact with the code that I have open.
