Light mode has current line highlight set to near black color

My current line has dark background in light mode and I didn't set it this way in settings.json. I have trying to rectify this for weeks but no solution!

Setting "editor.renderLineHighlight": "none" removes the highlight altogether but that is not what I want. I just want the default behaviour!

It looks like this in all light themes! Whereas it only works well in dark mode!

I don't see that in any of the light themes I have installed.

Steps:

• Set "editor.renderLineHighlight": "all",
• select a light theme

What theme are you using? Did you customize any colors with workbench.colorCustomizations ?

No, I didn't customize with workbench.colorCustomizations! My editor.renderLineHighlight": "all" is already set! and I uploaded the above screenshot in light mode!

However the issue is not consistent. Sometimes, it does occur like that but sometime it doesn't! I think it's some extension related!

The issue comes again after I relaunch VS code if it was fixed in last launch. I do not have any color customizations in my settings.json file! I figure when I change to default light theme and then go to some light theme, it is fixed! I am sorry, I am not able to describe it well!
