Reset option is disabled for deleted default keybindings

So, I accidentally deleted my shortcut for Ctrl + Tab which is used for " quick open recent files in group " by default.

Now when I search for the command in keyboard shortcut tabs, on right clicking this command, there is no reset command option, it is disabled. I was afraid, I might change the wrong one ( as I didn't know the exact name of command) and further mess up.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Remove any default binding for any default command.
2. Go and right click the command after searching for it.
3. The reset button only shows when you reassign any value to this command.
4. If it stays unassigned, the reset button is disabled too!

What should happen: Commands that have no binding should have the reset command button enabled even when there is no bind right now!
