Error only when naming very specific filename: con.js #160243

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create new file, name file con.js 2022-09-06 23_46_29-c js - developer sailpoint com - Visual Studio Code

It turns out that windows h as a reserved keyword for 'con' and will not allow the file. If you are working on a project with others building on unix, you will not be able to use this filename.
