No cursor and line in html files. Unable to write in html files

No its only working with extension '.htm'

Please try with all extensions disabled

You can try this with F1 and >Developer: Reload Window With Extensions Disabled

And if still reproducible - report new issue (from window with disabled extensions) with recording of steps you are trying to do
