vsc unusable

Hi team. I have no doubt that this is great software and I look forward to working with it. Unfortunately my instalation is unusable. Including frequent bios warnings that this software cannot run on this pc. I have not been able to acheive anything so far. I would even allow remote access to my pc if an engineer could fix this. Please help
