I can only login to Azure from VSCode using classic implementation

I have Azure Resources extension installed in VSCode, but when I click on "Sign in to Azure..." in the Resources window, it goes through the sign in process successfully and nothing happens, it still shows "Sign in to Azure...", and does not show any of my azure resources.

Can you follow these steps so that we can get more information on what's going on?

• Open the Command Palette
• Run the Developer: Set Log Level... command
• To the right of Trace, click the double check mark button. ✔️ ✔️ (enables trace logging as the default)
• Wait for the issue to happen...
• Open the Output pane (ctrl+shift+u I think on Windows)

• Open the Command Palette
• Run the Developer: Set Log Level... command
