Is this Repo Deprecated? #91

As above, I don't understand if this applies to Azure Pipelines or not?

README says this repo is no longer mantained by Microsoft, but doesn't point anywhere else for following development. This kind of mean that the repo is deprecated and using CordovaBuild is a risk, right?
