Using dynamic type registry reference in .bicep files #180

Bicep version v0.30.3 and later

Describe the bug Our current public documentation asks developers to specify a dynamic type registry reference (and alias) in the bicepconfig.json file rather than in a .bicep file. The latter is possible and has pros and cons.

Need to update public documentation to show example usage within .bicep file. Consider a short conceptual doc to show both options and the pros and cons of each option.
