FAIR page updates #269

  1. "Subject" should be renamed "Digital Object Identifier"
  2. Clicking on column headers (FM-F1A, FM-F1B, etc.) should open a description of the metric. Start with a simple modal that shows "What is being measured?" from here.
  3. The cell values should either be a bold blue checkmark that matches the color scheme (if the value is 1 or 0.99 or 1.0), or a gray X that matches the color scheme (if the value is 0 or 0.0).
  4. DOIs (the values of the first column) should be clickable and should open the modal from the front page.
  5. Include option to have table paginated vs. loading everything at once.
