[Feature request] Binary, hex, other data transformations/translations? #2

Essentially, I'd love to see a module in utils.foo replace this: http://riccofabalain.free.fr/converter/

That site sends your data to the server and converts it remotely. It probably also has ads and trackers; there's a "5" in my uBlock Origin button when I visit there. image

I've open source the repo at https://github.com/midplane/utils.foo/. I'm happy to merge in a PR.
