Update rn to 0.70.12 so that it can run on Xcode 14.3.1
Update react-native-zoom-us with 5.13.10.7064 ios
Looks like it works now on simulator M1 :)

Real Device

Note: You will need to allow to install app; look for: Settings -> General -> Device Management -> Apple Development

[x] Development: Xcode: Product -> Run
[x] Release: Xcode: Product -> Profile
[x] Archive: Xcode: Product -> Archive
