what to do with downloaded roms ?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i download games roms online
2.each game is broken up into diffrent 'winrar' files
3.I dont know how to put them together, convert them and what converter to 
do that with ? ?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want to play roms i downloaded. i see errors cuz ps1 cant read my roms

What version of the product are you using?

Please provide any additional information below.
I just need to know what steps to take after i download all 'winrar' files 
to a game before i put the game on my SD card.
I did try extracting the .bin file, puting it on my card and the game came 
on but GC and wii controls would not work

Every time I start up the bin and cue files all my does is freeze I don't the 
problem here
