Locking and restarting #658

Hello! I am facing problems restart the nexus 4, since android 4.3. Every time 
I use the camera and then visualize the photos app, the front camera begins to 
make a noise extranho, type that are trying to shoot and the nexus 4 hangs and 
restarts. What I can report also, is that this occurs in places with low light, 
but have occurred outdoors.
I am very disappointed with this bug. See if you have repair. With other camera 
apps do not have it. Hug.
