Time is confusingly in two different units in vignette changing derivative units section #149

From Carolina: " Your vignette in Changing the derivative units in https://mikeblazanin.github.io/gcplyr/articles/process.html shows in the plot as if you have run the experiment for 75000 hours."

Specifically, while the y axis has now been calculated in /hour, the x axis is still in seconds
