Picard 2.12 released, Update docker-picard to 2.12? #86

According to release announcement, Picard 2.12 released, a new version of Musicbrainz Picard was released on 27. June 2024. Any change we can get docker-picard updated with this new release?

I was able to build the latest version with the Dockerfile. I changed the golang version (on the very first line) to 1.22.5.

Agenttechnoman, any chance u can push the image so we can have a run at the new version?
