Saving and reopening causes sketches to be duplicated in profile operations.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create two sketches.
2. Create two corresponding profile operations.
3. Save and exit.
4. Restart and reopen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The second profile ends up with two copies of the sketch.  More and more copies 
accumulate the more you save and reopen the project.  This causes the profile 
operation to fail.

Reselecting the sketches for the operation fixes this temporarily.
