Add possiblity to have serveral Programs #366

As now, there is no possibility to manage mode than one program.
It seems that this possiblity has been disabled, I tried to do a Copy-Paste and 
got a warning.
The most of the time, I manage programs variants from sketches and would be 
interested to have alle the variants in one file to ease the modifications.
Is there a way to enable/disable the possiblility over the options?
