The topics about enzymes are quite interesting, I read your article and it's very good, do you have any books about enzymes that can help me understand these terms? Or any sources that can help me understand additives on enzyme activity. As a pure IT student, I don't have any knowledge about biochemistry but I'm quite interested in AI in Medicine so I want to learn more. Thank you

You can read a biochemistry textbook for enzyme biochemistry, e.g., Biochemistry by L. Stryer. It is not necessary to read the whole book. The first few chapters are okay. Also check this fantastic repository to inform yourself about cheminformatics. About additives, I don't have any special references, you can read what I cited in the introduction of my paper.
