Content duration (seconds) in Playlist for video is affecting playback of video

When adding video content in a playlist, the "Content duration (seconds)" will impact playback of the video. I have tried several sources and if I leave the default settings to "10 seconds", playback of video will stop after 10 seconds and restart. If the setting is changed to another value, say 6000 seconds, the video will play without stop. In the ? (help message) it is stated that this setting will not impact on video playback, but based on my testing it does. I have tested this on various devices with the same result.

@ulfskogeng The "Content duration (seconds)" shouldn't have any role in playing video from the internal storage. Could you please check the actual length of your video, setting "Video timeout" in the Device settings and whether the video is no corrupted (e.g. playback error through menu Information - Log)

@milan-fabian it's actually a video stream from Internet, and I use VLC installed on a PC to stream this to my local network. It works really well, but I have to change the setting in the playlist in order for it to work. I will send you an email with links to videos I have taken that will show what I mean.

Content with type "Audio/video stream" does observe "Content duration (seconds)", it's different than just a video file. If you make the content duration longer, the stream will play longer, unless there is playback error (e.g. due to network error).

@milan-fabian ok thank's for clarifying. Maybe it's me and because English is not my first language, but I read the "tooltip" as if this setting was not valid for any video content (also video stream)
