Feature request: allow to set seconds in Screen Layout "Interval" and not minutes #48

Please consider changing the interval from minutes to seconds in Screen Layout when "Use screen layout intervals" is set. This will allow more control on how long to display different screen layouts

@ulfskogeng Each screen layout change takes some time (around 50-300 ms), moreover each check whether the screen layout should be changed takes a couple of milliseconds. Because of this, it wouldn't look very good to change the layout every 5 seconds. Maybe we could go to half-minute or quarter-of-a-minute intervals.

What is the target interval that you would like to use in your case?

half-minute (30 seconds) in addition would be great. I'm scheduling 30 secs video adds and that would solve the problem

Changes in Slideshow 4.8.1:

Interval can be entered as a decimal number (decimal minutes)
The check on the background whether to change the layout is performed every 10 seconds
