Permit saving u-boot environment to Duo 256M SPI NOR flash. #120

All models with SPI NOR and NAND images are permitted to saveenv to flash in u-boot -- except Duo 256M SPI NOR. This appears to be an inadvertent omission. Include this missing command in this model.
