Volunteer to become maintainer! #200

@milkypostman In case you haven't seen the comment in https://github.com/milkypostman/powerline/issues/186#issuecomment-2058322069. :)

Regarding myself, I serve as the primary maintainer for emacs-dashboard and one of the maintainers for lsp-mode. I have developed over a hundred Emacs packages. Hope I am qualified to help maintain this package.

Thanks @jcs090218. I think the best way forward would be to have you review and potentially approving the pending PRs for now ,and then I can merge them for now.
