How to compile 如何编译 #5

Hello, I'm relatively new to this, and trying to run this on Ubuntu16.04. I reckon that this is using the old MSF as a separate library, could you please provide some kind of compilation instructions? I followed the following instructions to compile the old MSF: https://www.freesion.com/article/7628792496/#2_24 yet I don't know how what steps that need to be changed in order to adapt to your new MSF. Sorry I haven't touched the code for a long time. I know it probably has some difficulties to compile. Be patient, it can work! lol
