Настройка PluginTrottle в rtorrent.conf

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. В файле conf.php устанавливаю $isAutoStart = false
2. В файле rtorrent.conf прописываю каналы throttle, 
как описано на
странице плагина
3. При загрузке web-интерфейса rutorrent в 
настройках вижу не свои каналы,
а умолчательные значения плагина

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Are some errors present in the browser console?
