Provide instructions for converting AsciiDoc files #23

Adds some instructions to fix #22.

I'd argue that this isn't useful, as we're only using AsciiDoctor for development purposes right now. When we actually have a system in place to build the docs as a whole, then we can write instructions for that.

Also, don't include the general config in the README, we don't necessarily want that here as the README isn't part of the main docs and is only intended for use in the repo.
